We would return here, this hotel met what was needed. Only a short distance to begijnhof and the metro station 20 minutes' walk. Property is awesome in general, no reason to complain. Our wife really enjoyed the bed, it was comfortable and we slept like in a cloud...

Location and accessibility is good.
It is unfortunate that you can only move into your room from 2 pm the earliest. 200 Euro per night (without breakfast) is too much. And that was the non-refundable rate.

The hotel is ideal for a city break: the tram 4 and 9 directly from the main station stops in front of the door, all sights within a walking distance, restaurants nearby. The beds and pillows were comfortable.
The hotel is a bit old. Coffee was delicious, unlike breakfast.

Payment was taken as a cancellation and had to argue with the receptionist to explain that if Check they should treat me as a normal guest The room was NOT cleaned every day The towels were NOT changed every day Breakfast was absolutely ridiculous expensive compared to other nice places around the area Quality of the room poor/old Quality of the elevators/walls/hallways was poor/old No air conditioning Bathroom was old Room pictures suggest that rooms are new and newly reburbished, which they are not

Breakfast was great, only at a price of 229 € / night I expect an air conditioning. I do not know if I'm not lucky or all the rooms were like this. Top location, friendly staff, on the whole we felt comfortable.

The buffet breakfast was awesome and the mini bar had just what we needed after a long day. I loved unwinding at the cozy lounge and taking a dip in the relaxing pool. However, the pillows were a bit uncomfortable, but it didn’t ruin the good vibes. 😊
